Wedding reception bingo: a free printable game with host notes
In reception bingo, guests don't look for people — they watch the wedding and cross off squares as things happen: someone wipes away a tear during a speech, someone loses a shoe on the dance floor, a conga line snakes across the room. The first to cross off a line shouts “Bingo!”.

We've made 10 different printable cards and a page of notes for your host or DJ. Print them, put them on the tables with pens and announce the start.

PDF · host notes + 10 cards · A4
Rules
- Give every guest a card and a pen. Mix up the designs so that people sitting next to each other have different cards.
- When something on your card happens, cross off that square.
- The first to cross off a full row, column or diagonal shouts “Bingo!” and heads to the host.
- Keep playing for a full card: the first guest to cross off all 16 squares wins.
Notes for the host or DJ
When: put a card at every place setting before guests sit down. Most squares get crossed off between the first dance and the cake.
Announcement: “You'll find a bingo card at your place. Cross off each moment as it happens tonight. First to complete a line, shout ‘Bingo!’ and come and find me for a prize.”
Checking: ask the winner to explain two of their squares — “So, who lost a shoe?” The room loves these stories.
Prizes: keep them small — the first slice of cake, a bottle of something nice for the table, a photo with the couple. You can reward the first line and the first full card.
