1. General
These terms govern the purchase and use of the printable game package provided on this site by the operator named above. Link (Stripe) is the seller of the transaction.
You need an up-to-date web browser. No user account is required.
2. Product
The product is a digital package: personalised game cards as PDF (10–100 different cards), a host guide, a table sign and a purchase confirmation.
The buyer prints the files themselves. Paper and printing are not included in the price.
3. Price and payment
The price is shown before purchase in the chosen currency and covers one package for one event. It is a gross price: it includes VAT, which Link (Stripe) calculates and remits.
The transaction is carried out by Link (Stripe) as merchant of record: it takes the payment, charges and remits VAT, sends the confirmation and receipt, and handles payment, refund and chargeback matters. The service operator prepares and provides the package and is responsible for its content and operation. The service never receives or stores card details.
4. Delivery and access
The package can be downloaded immediately after the payment is confirmed. For 30 days after purchase you can download the files again and correct the project.
Downloaded files never expire. Access to the order relies on the order reference and recovery code, which the buyer should keep.
5. Right of withdrawal
A buyer who is a consumer gives express consent before purchase to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is therefore lost once supply begins (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). This consent is recorded in the purchase confirmation.
6. Complaints
Payment, refund and chargeback matters go to Link (Stripe) via support.link.com or the link in your receipt. Problems with the package itself (for example, the file does not generate or download) go to the operator's e-mail address with the order reference and a description of the problem. The operator replies within 14 days. If the digital content does not conform to the contract, we provide a corrected file or, where that is not possible, a refund through Link.
7. Liability
The game prompts are for entertainment. Taking part is voluntary and nobody is required to answer.
Liability towards consumers for the conformity of digital content follows from the law and is not limited by these terms. The operator is not liable for print quality that depends on the buyer's printer, paper or settings, or for custom prompts added by the buyer. Towards buyers who are not consumers, liability is limited to the price paid, except for damage caused intentionally.
8. Final provisions
The contract is governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of residence.
Changes to these terms do not affect orders placed before they take effect; each order keeps the version accepted at purchase.
